We were trying to finish grade the slopes along a new highway when the 650H slid down the slope into the canal and the 750J tried to pull him out, an also fell in. Good thing we had the 345CL there to rip them both out.

This is quite an interesting and informative video. Are you the type of person who will read as much as possible about potential investments and ask questions about them? If so, maybe you don't need investment advice. But if you're busy with your job, kids, or other responsibilities, or feel like you don't know enough about investing on your own, then you may benefit from professional investment advice.
@H_lucas Жыл бұрын
Investment professionals offer a variety of services at a variety of prices. It is worth comparing stores. You can get investment advice from most financial institutions that sell investments, including brokerage firms, banks, mutual funds, and insurance companies. You can also hire a broker, investment adviser, accountant, financial planner, or other professional to help you make investment decisions. Some financial planners and investment advisors offer a comprehensive financial plan, evaluating all aspects of your financial life and developing a detailed strategy for reaching your financial goals.
@Ame_rodri Жыл бұрын
Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch. If professional financial advisers are working for you, they get paid for their efforts. Some of their rates are easier to see right away than others. But, in all cases, you should always feel free to ask questions about how and how much your investment professional is paid. I am happy that I met Sherma Williams Trading at a seminar and since then my life has changed.

not at all, mud/clayey soils arent dozed. u gotta use a big bucket shovel to excavate them and move. though the soil here was not mud, but water banking made it so. also it was a loose soil, probably an uncompacted fill or dump, so the dozers had no traction which made it worse.

John, good observation, but I would like to point out 2 things. 1, the grouser height on that excavator is pretty low, so the damage to the road is minimal. 2, the operator knows it's not the best practice to drive on the road, and that is why he intentionally did not rotate the tracks at all.

Seems weird seeing this while the traffic goes past. If this was in the UK.. Firstly, as the dozers worked there'd have been 5 miles of cones along the road and a 40 limit with average speed cameras. Then to retrieve them, a site set up with a 2mph speed limit, full PPE required to enter, a risk assessment every hour, dangly orange flags off every electricity wire or phone line within 2km, then before any rescue could take place a 3 month wait while the RSPCA try and catch any endangered reptiles in buckets along a specially setup plastic fence by the water.

@kevinmeyer26555 жыл бұрын
It's amazing how powerful a 345 is! I once pulled some concrete trucks up to a foundation we were pouring with a 245, which I believe is just an older 345. I'm not an operator, but we also owned the development company on the site and I had CAT keys, so when it started pouring down rain 5 minutes before the concrete trucks got there I went and tracked up the 245 a couple lots to pull them up the hill to the forms. These front discharge concrete trucks were nothing for that 245! I accidentally pulled a couple of them up in the air and they were WAY pissed off, LOL. Honestly, one driver wanted to beat my ass! I was only 22-23 and was doing my best, but I was yanking them around like toys. Good thing the foundation guys had my back! I was nervous as hell and was trying to help, but scared at the same time. It was really stupid, but we finished the pour in a storm and no one got hurt and didn't break anything. Would have been 70 yards gone if I wouldn't have jumped in and did it. Never will forget how effortlessly that machine pulled them up the hill. On top of that, it had a huge high yard bucket on it for loading up off-road trucks, that that made it a little more difficult. I kept apologizing to the truck drivers and the foundation crew forman told the drivers to shut the hell up and told me to keep going, they'll live, LOL.

Good operator on the trackhoe, just remember, when you see your machine going down, STOP and put in in reverse don't keep going. And most people that pull machines out use heavy cables, don't ever try a chain unless that's all you have

great video enjoyed it very much the 345cl made it look easy! only thing I was wondering about if the hydraulics on the blades would stand all that pulling on them

A cat saved a deer. It's cool watching heavy machinery grunting around.

Technology is amazing and powerful. I can barely get out of bed on Saturdays. These things weigh several tons and get out. Amazing.

It's funny when you see Cat machines helping out other machines in need. As a undercarriage tech for Caterpillar and mechanic. We get a lot of non-cat machines that get brought in for work because their own mechanics don't know how to work on them.. Especially with John Deere

Impressed by how the excavator drug the second dozer. The dozer wasn’t moving his tracks letting 345 do it all. Crazy power.

especially rotational power. youd think that be the machines weakest point lol

I noticed the first operator went back to working without checking his machine. Personally I wouldn't want all of the water and mud in the drives.
