A clove of garlic stored in the rice will prevent bugs . As with most things the larger size is less expensive per Lb. 5 and 10Lb rice is frequently on sale.

Yes, I will consider getting the larger size eventually. We just haven't been eating a lot of rice lately. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know you like to homeschool your children, however you having an autistic child her best chance for a normal life without a lot of assistance is to get her into early intervention classes such as Headstart, and they will provide all services that she may may or will need such as PT and OT and speech.

I am not dead-set on homeschooling, and I am very aware of her needs. Thank you though. I have been using every resource possible at this point.
