Her wrapping technique is utterly horrendous! No scrub or nurse would accept that package as sterile. No No No No No! First of all you need an integrator in ANY item being processed for sterilization. A piece of steam tape is an unacceptable indicator inside any wrapped or peel packed item. Second your corners should come to a point and no raw edges should be visible once tucked under. One piece of steam tape should run down either side of your pull tab and nothing should run length wise. Pull your sides over so that the majority of the top of the item is covered. Then affix your label to the item. If you are new to this profession DO NOT do what she is doing! It is completely WRONG.
