@@DeviDalyYoga i notice the yin poses are separated with the corpse pose..is there any cons to doing continuous sequence of yin poses without a rebound pose? and is the corpse pose the only rebound pose?

Wow. Came back to this practice after a month and what a difference. My right knee can now move deeper and with little pain. I’m think I am going to do the reset over again. Your instruction is wonderful and will help me to learn these archetypes and versions better. 🙏💜🙏

Sighhh. Doing the reset again when I have service. Finding my knee releasing more and more. Square pose less of the triangle o last time and more diagonal rather than straight up. Love this routine and your calm voice. 💜

I woke up this morning with my hips yelling at me so this class was what I needed. Devil there are many reasons why I love your classes! One is the fact you share your knowledge with us so we learn more about our bodies. Also that after each pose we get the rest/reset so our body and mind can enjoy what occurred. I appreciate all the thought and effort that goes into each class.

Hi Devi, the anatomical planks of the different archetypes were very instructive ! I just didn't fell doing dragon or any variation ; instead, I did half saddle with the bolster scooped under my knee, to add some support. Idk know if you already cued this variation, but it felt great in my body 😃

Half saddle is definitely a good variation for dragon. Both are asymmetrical poses in the backbend archetype, with the same general target areas. This video displays half saddle as a choice during the dragon pose so I’m glad you took that cue! Not sure what you are describing with your bolster position…

@@DeviDalyYoga my bent knee couldn't reach the floor when I was lying on my back, so there was some tension under this knee (and I really wanted to lay down on my back). Scooping the bolster under the lifted knee helped to relieve a bit the tension (hope this is clear ! !)

I love the archetype teaching and having options! Also, since the day you used a lot of props and showed using a cushion under my seat I have noticed that doing that actually helps me feel the forward bends deeper in my hamstrings
