awsome, my 3.2 is at 310,000, just did an oil cooler, noticed sludge in the coolant reservoir, oil was glossy and black. no milkshake. got her changed and the egr blocked and bypassed while the mechanic was there... still hits 140, 150 without any trouble going round a road train... got a 265/70/17 and found an air filter not fitted properly when i did my first service on it at 190,000... the thing had sucked past the filter for 10,000 and had dust up the intake pipe.... still goes strong! stick shift baby! only way to go on rural roads.

Do you think it is worth installing a coolant level sensor inside the reservoir to warn with light and sound if there is a leak? I been thinking of doin just that after seeing many 3.2 engines blowing because of hose leaks and egr cooler leaks. Here in Brazil this is sort of a common mod in the px ranger and in the Trollers that use the same engine

I think most of the power is coming from egr delete in my opinion

@@abdautomotivehey mate, just got my px2 3.2 remaped. Modified airbox mod, ati intercooler and hard pipes, trans cooler, dpf back exhaust, egr blocked. It Made 141hp stock and 380nm. Then after a remap made 176hp and 520nm at the wheels. Comparing apples with apples. Goes and drives how it should of from factory
