I have the exact same boat. My issue with looking for a mud motor the transom is 23in. Most mud motors work between 18-21. Did you have to modify boat at all?

35hp does well. I can give a better price on the 35hp Direct drive 35hp vanguard CDI with 20/50 charging system and stainless exhaust Mud Walker $5650 Plus shipping or applicable sales tax if in Florida
