Spending time in the kitchen and coming up with simple and delicious recipes is very creative. But knowing the best cooking tricks and lifehacks that only chefs know, is lifesaving. Well, in this video I show you some of these hacks to inspire you.
To easily peel a tomato simply place it on the hob for a few minutes. The skin will begin to lift, and it will come right off.
You can cut a carrot diagonally and then use it to descale a fish.
You can also cut the ice-berg for your salad using a metal drinking cup.
I show you some other food preparation hacks that you’ll love. For example, I have the easiest way to cut watermelon and transfer it in a bowl, or how to mash up a ton of garlic and then use it as a paste in your food.
To remove the seeds from a cherry, simply press the fruit against the back of a funnel.
If you’re hosting dinner, I also show you some easy food decoration ideas. For example, you can cut a cucumber in half and then using a peeler to cut really thin stripes with it. Then, you roll them up to turn them into a rose or a floret for your dishes.
