They are full of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals and are particularly easy to digest because carbohydrates, proteins and fats are broken down into their individual components.
Some studies said the nutritional value of microgreens is four to forty times higher than their mature versions.

The chef was her own miracle. She saw a brilliance in food, a potential to help and heal others, a way to show them how the sublime was simply a mixture of the ordinary. BTW, I'm Asian but had no idea of that technique you used to make the eggrolls! I loved how you didn't make it in one big pan but made layers in such a unique way. I had never seen that technique before and it's awesome!

It's how the Japanese make Tamagoyaki I believe. They sell pans designed specifically for it that are small and rectangular, though you can do it in any pan with some practice:)

I was wondering how you store your veggies and fruits . You have such beautifull balcony garden and then you harvest it in big bunch . You're multi-talented and the array of culinary stuff you came up with for your sprouts and microgreens proves it! I loved that tofu idea because that is something I'd totally eat! The summer rolls were sooo beautiful! Everything was just lovely to look at and looks super healthy!

My favourite dishes from this video are: summer rolls, tofu, egg! The summer rolls will be great for parties! Egg one seems so simple but i have not done it that way before. I also love your mix of vegan, vegetarian, and meat recipes. Keep up the great work!

They are mostly basic recipes that everyone knows :D But I haven't seen anyone doing the cheese crisps with microgreens like I do. With other recipes I just mixed and matched them all up in my style and to my taste :D
