Very nicely done, I like the laundry room, using a pocket door to not interfere with the laundry room or kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are done well and as a senior citizen I prefer showers to tubs.

This is a standout home. Comfortable with an effective use of a cozy footprints. I like the bookshelf behind the settee. Very nicely appointed with a clever integration of rustic and contemporary elements. Nice home - would definitely live here.

No long hallways. Love that the second bedroom is good size for kids to grow. Most designers make it small and use bunk beds. Kids grow and so do their beds....thank you for thinking, ahead

Nice and neat right from the entrance..fence and lawn. ❤the 2seater bench besides the island. Not sure about the TV being above the fireplace but those are things that can be changed. Its a no brainer..this is a very l ❤vely house. Well thought out.

Love almost everything about this house, only thing I’d change is reverse the cooktop/stove and dishwasher. I don’t like sinks or cooktops on islands, especially when you’re cooking or after. And this one doesn’t have crazy roof lines. All that closet space in the master bedroom place is great. Every home should have at least a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo in another bathroom. Nice layout.

Love this home. I prefer the stove to be closer to the sink and dishwasher for ease in cooking and cleaning up. If you have little kids, you may need a bathtub in one bathroom. What a beautiful design overall.

The gathering spot doesn't need an angled fireplace. If you want to do a movie night, the television is skewed from every angle. It's a great floor plan, no dead space. With a little tweaking, this house is ideal.

It's a cute place with some good features. The TV over the fireplace isn't good for the TV or for viewing, so I'd eliminate the fireplace and make space for more seating in that small area. A cooktop where people will be seated is dangerous and could be unsightly, so I'd move it further down the counter. I like the use of drawers instead of lower cabinets. The laundry room is handy for more storage. One bath should have a tub/shower combo for bathing small children. With a few adjustments I could find this to be quite livable!

Nicely done! This is a forgotten size in the U.S. I live in an 864 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath prairie ranch style home built in 1945 (with an attached oversize 624 sq. ft. garage/shop added in 1987). In real life the fireplace would need to be slightly redesigned (the angled inside design doesn't leave enough combustion area for the non angled exterior of the fireplace). Part of the wonderful part of this very practical size is easy living and easy clean up.
