When cleaning another floor, do you have to move the docking station to that other floor? A friend tells me her S10 always needs to start from the docking station ...

The map doesn't show up on my phone but shows up on my friends phone (Bootslab app, the other app doesn't see the vacuum) what should I do on my phone to see the map? Is it related to my phone or wifi?

Possibly! But some of them I sold so a bit hard. But a do have 4 models. The trouble is I'm not really sure it will be worth the efforts these videos tend to get low views.

I have the 360 s7 and I love it. I just moved and I have wall to wall carpet. It is not working on carpet 😫. Will the 360 s10 work on thick carpet. I read somewhere that some robot vacuums will detect carpet and will raise themselves.

Sounds cool, but you said, you need to create an account in the app. Does that mean, the detailed 3D maps of the appartment are stored somewhere in the cloud? Not a big fan of that idea. Is it even possible to use the vaccum without the app?

I believe it's locally the maps. Yes you could just push the button and get it to clean with no connection. But I would update the firmware first at least.
