The 360 S10 has lots of new features and it's slimmer than other Lidar robots! The robot is perfect for homes with furniture that has some space under for the device to fit in.
It is a great performer on carpets and hard floors and is suitable for those who have pets or long hair, however, most likely it will not work on high pile or shaggy carpets.
The app and robot's software have some flaws (at least at the time when I tested it) even though they are not critical.
It avoids almost all things on my floors except for the cords.
I also like object avoidance technology. It's not perfect but works well most of the time.
The robot also doesn't support a self-empty base that a lot of us would like to have nowadays. Considering all the features it has, I love the 360 S10. It's definitely one of the best high-end robot vacuums so far.
