Also, those of us with dry skin/scalp, or scalp eczema in general: tea tree oil and peppermint oil. Use according to the instructions on the bottle. Peppermint oil is typically mixed with other oils.

Blackseed oil is not intended as a hair oil although it certainly wont hurt. It is intended to be taken orally as its most effective entering the bloodstream as it passes thru the digestive system. It has benefits for hair as it increases blood oxygen and eliminates free radicals (toxins) from the bloodstream which in turn increases blood flow to hair follicles strengthening them. Ingest a tablespoon a day. There are a multitude of other health benefits, but as a warning, have a small amount of juice or something tasty to chase it with cuz it tastes like gasoline or something.

In regards to the flaxseed oil, fish oil is a better alternative due to the fact you actually get more omega 3 that is usable by the body. Flaxseed has like a 10% conversion rate. I like lemon flavored cod liver oil, taste great and will last a while.
