I wanna ask if I use a virtual address for business registration but I work remotely at another address which address should I use for my business listing?

If you use a virtual address for business registration, it cant be added to your profile - check the guidelines but you would need to use the operational address to add a business

Hi Zane. I have 4 GMB listings that were suspended for suspious activity whatever that means. My website design business was one of them suspended and its been up there for 5 years. I dont know what to do. All of a sudden they suspended all of them at the same time. The only thing i can think of is i added a new category to website design - Internet marketing- so i deleted it and ask for reinstatement and still suspended. I dont know what to do. Can you have more than one business listed under same email address? I've had the 4 listings there for awhile so i dont understand what is happening. Thanks, Den

Hi Tina its hard to say without being able to look at it with you, you can normally follow some direction Google provides, or just raise it through there support

I was setting up a profile for a business as the manager of the profile we got a phone verification then the next day google said the profile needed to be verified again. the only option I have to do that is by video and my client lives 20 miles from me and the client is not tech savvy so getting a video done probably work out. Can I delete the profile and then have the client claim it and then make me a

I own my own cleaning business and I don’t have a storefront. I had to do video verification too. I took my time, showed my street sign clearly, walked to my house and showed my house number, showed myself unlocking my car door and showing my cleaning supplies then I had my drivers license and a business card on a clipboard . I was able to get verified. Maybe that will help you

We need to speak. Please I’ve just missed out on your times for tomorrow. I need this fixed. Sooner than Friday I’m a more than 10 year Google business user that has held a genuine 5 star review. Since I started. More than 40 which is way more than my competitors. Anyway. We gave up our unit we were using a while back and to my own fault and responsibility have not updated it. I have just been suspended and have to appeal. Just need a chat before I go through that. Would be willing to pay for your time. Kind regards. Rob

Hi, @robertham8165 Unfortunately i can't do much other than advise what in my toolkit, most of it is down to Google, On one occasion it took me 88 days to get it fixed - see this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/layJostpl9fUlnU.html NB. I've just put together a toolkit for that. The process is a PDF document that is going to be released imminently on zanet.co.uk/resources/ It will help you work out the right order to follow so it gets reinstated as quickly as possible

This video is NOT very helpful because the process of adding a business profile to Google is almost self explanatory. The problem is that most of us are hitting ROAD BLOCKS trying to get verified. My profile has been stuck in verification for months now.
