I'm a grad student studying nutrition (working towards becoming a RD) and I appreciated your sentiment about the impact of nutrition on health, especially coming from your background. This has inspired me to reinvigorate my morning routine after letting it fall to the wayside! Would you ever consider a physical/print run of your cookbook in the future? That's my preferred way to use recipes, but if not I could just print myself :)

As a fellow cut flower lower I wanna let you know about a trick that works great for cut flowers (I tried it with my moms rudbeckia and even though they already looked sad when I got them home, they lasted more than a week!) You cut the stems diagonally and dip them in shallow boiled water for no more than 15 to 30 seconds. I know it sounds counterintuitive to put them in hot water, but it spreads the veins in the whole plant so once you put them in a vase with cold water they love it!

Good for you for being able to live this life but most of don't have the luxury of spending 24 hours of our day 7 days a week living solely for ourselves. This lifestyle is unrealistic for most but a good mental escape

13:46 From 8 AM to 815 AM: Has to be ice coffee to gulp down 1 cup that fast (hot coffee then you get your throat burned) while reading your book. Then need to be running like Usain Bolt to pick up a full bowl of berries to make it back in time to the kitchen.
