Appreciate the knowledge your putting forth, I used to be in the trucking industry and can appreciate what you said, I remember how I disliked holidays as that week we would have to do five days hauling in four days, many do not realize the distribution system directly tied to the trucking industry, weather or not your a private operator or working for a large company, plus all the restrictions and regulations, and red tape involved in interstate movement of freight, so keep them wheels a rollin and stay safe and hopefully others will be as cautious as you as this is a time of great need by the long haulers, thanks for your 😓

Just a thought if flatbed runs dry, I'm making $3.50 mi to the truck running power only Kroger loads.

Totally off subject Dan but where did you get your trucker potty from? Lol...my 1996 W9 with a 72" sleeper is tight on space and that size would fit perfectly! And your right about folks being concerned about the truck drivers out here keeping America moving! They aren't until the shelves go bare and then folks are glad to see us right? Thats OK, this is what we do and shouts out to our first responders and the whooooole medical industry for being on the front lines! Can you see see anything change from before, all this stuff come out, traffic and people interaction. Still early for some places to see the change but maybe some of those truck stop. Just common sense be safe.

I drive a truck in the Philly area & I noticed the rest area/weigh station on I-95 NB in Chichester is shut down until further notice. I'm happy about that, not because I drive illegally or anything but it's just a pain in the butt if you get an inspection because it makes me late for my dock appointments.

Baby wipes for those in between days of not having a shower. I remember those days. 👍🏼
