She's trying to repair the damaged skin First you must remove what is damaging the skin. Nothing gets better until, somehow, the corruption is removed. There are many ways to remove it but in Vietnam this is what they do. Pollution and agent orange have damaged their environment and their skin / bodies. Huong is trying to help the client. Don't be so condescending to others. Educate yourself and try to help.

@@brendamanci3807 Take a close look at the video to see how superficially and inadequately the pores are cleaned. What's more, the lancet causes injuries that are counterproductive on this massively damaged skin. This would not be necessary if the skin had been well prepared. So expert treatment definitely looks different. This is all about making money with these videos.
