Extraction can be alot kinder to the skin if you use a gentle resurfacer or mild microfoliant to soften the congestion before extracting. Also congestion like this is often down to poor diet, not enough hydration and excess sebum from over production of oil and sweat. Dehydrated skin will close its pores to reduce loss of water from the body thereby clogging pores. Daily cleansing and moisturizing morning and night is a given but its often not enough, healthy skin starts from the inside.

They aren’t actually touching the skin with the needle… they are literally only touching the black head material only. Then gently squeezing out the rest. This is actually less traumatizing to the skin, and this person isn’t over squeezing, or digging the needle into the pore at all. They are doing a wonderful job, not skipping and the individual getting works on is going to be very happy with the outcome once washed any swelling goes away. Which there most likely won’t be a lot of that because of their technique. Now if this individual continues taking care of their skin after this, washes morning and night and taker medicine they provide (as they do treat their clients - it’s not just come and let me pop/pick your face for you 😂) their skin will tighten and keep clearing up from here on out! Also, I HATE when people STEAL other’s videos that they know grabs a lot of attention and add these cooking videos that NO ONE HERE CAME TO SEE! Acne has nothing to do with hygiene, it is usually a hormonal issue. Educate yourself.
