I have a CK2610 but the service procedure is nearly identical. Just being more familiar with the location of drains, fill points and watching you go through the process was very helpful to me. Thank you for doing this. Very well done!

i am glad you found a good dealer to work with. That is one of the most important aspect of the deal and that is coming from me and i am a Deere dealer. we value the relationship more than the deal because a good relation last a life time

EXCELLENT VIDEO! I just bought a CK4010HST-SE and this will be very helpful! I've only got 28 hours on it so far, but anticipate having to do this in the next month or two.

Adam, you left out one important thing! After getting all the filters and oil changed and put in new oils and check the oils. Now start the tractor up and for a few minutes and stop the tractor and now check all oils again! Remember oil filters have no oil in them until you start the engine!! also, check for leaks my friend.

Very good post Adam, thank you. I have the CK2510 HST and required the 50 hour service this past season. My dealer offered that service and I quickly took him up on that. He drove right to the farm and tackled it in the barn. He has all the tools and fluids readily available. Although I am in central Pennsylvania I traveled up to Campbell, NY for the tractor purchase and the three seater UTV by Kioti. Jims Equipment. I would recommend him for both sales and service. Continued success and be safe.

Hey Adam, you did good on the 50 hour maintenance on the tractor. It was nice of your dealership to assist you and help as you needed. You are learning how to do the necessary chores on your equipment and I’m sure you have found google or you tube to be quite a good bit of help. Patients and understanding is the key when walking on unfamiliar territory. Just like garage and tool maintenance which will come to you more as you work with your tools and equipment. You are doing good. Thanks for sharing with us.

Great video. I am about to do my first 50 hour maintenance as well. It was nice to watch your walk through to save me time hunting for each filter location. My dealer gave me a 50 hour kit with all the filters and oil. He also included a grease gun and walked me through all the grease points. I agree with your statement on going with the most helpful dealer, it makes all the difference. My dealer is Hendershot in Decatur tx.

Great work Adam and you explained the process very well. Great that you have a dealer you feel comfortable with and willing to help after they sold you the tractor. I also have a good dealer, they gave me all the filters for the 50hr service when they delivered the tractor and even though I've hadthe tractor for two years they stll call and see how it going. They also take back the used oil clean it up and filter it and sell it for cheap chainsaw bar oil, it works great.

Nice video showing clear, easy to follow steps and filter location. One note, be sure to use the same brand hydraulic oil when topping off. Even though Kioti has multiple oils listed that can be used it does not mean they are safe to mix together. When swapping from one brand to another the manufacture of the oil should be consulted to see if their product can blend with the old or if it needs to be a complete change out.

Nice job Adam, also very nice tractor keep it serviced and it should last a lifetime, very important thing also to lubricate is your U joints in the drive shafts especially if you have them on the shaft from the engine to the hydrostatic pump! Mine failed on my john deere at 240 hours cost me big bucks $ to repair hope that helps, take care buddy 👍

Thanks for the video Adam. I just got the ck3510 a month ago. Using it this winter to plow snow. I have a snow push box coming, but for now I’m using the edge tamers on my bucket. We’ve already had a few snowfalls here in Vermont. Unfortunately it’s come early to stay again, like last year. Typically it doesn’t come to stay until thanksgiving or after. I’m pleased with the edge tamers. If you ever do servicing on your fuel filter, please video if you get the chance. I’m interested in that. I hope to start filming useful info on the tractor myself. There’s not many helpful videos on these tractors yet and I want to help contribute to get more info out there. The ck 3510 is a big seller for Kioti, so hopefully we’ll see more videos coming. Thanks for sharing this process. I have a new DK6010SE HST, and LOVE it, but like you, I chose a dealer that's about 2 hours away because the dealer about 15 minutes away doesn't know how to answer the phone - Oh well, $34,400 mistake ;)

Thanks for the great video. I'm in the market for a new tractor and the CK3510SE HST is at the top of my list. You may have done this but you should run the engine and recheck the oil and hydraulic fluid after changing the filters as they will fill with oil and lower the fluid level a bit.

Great video 👍 Farm and Home or Rural King sells 2 gallon hydraulic fluid jugs if it's Kioti compatible they are very handy for filling up the hydraulic fluid small and compact. I'm at 49 hours man I'm way behind LOL.

Anyway got to say I'm excited or got excited when I seen you mention Armstrong Truck and Tractor. That is where I have went to look at the Kioti brand. Main contact has been with Brian but talked with Shawn on the phone and in person at great lengths. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. Make ya feel like you've been friends for years. great job! Only thing I would have added is putting down a sheet of plastic or cardboard to protect that nice barn floor. There has to be a neater way to fill the hydraulic fluid. :) Happy Thanksgiving! you have a very nice place.

Where I come from the only tractors around are green or red. Not so familiar with kioti tractors. I looked into getting a mahindra 2 years ago but I was not impressed. That little tractor you have looks like a good one. Cool video, thumbs up

Nice video. Little advice look under tractor for all your censors and if they are really exposed look for a way to put a shield or guard over them. You get into brush or moving branches they will pull them off and shut your tractor down. Happened to me.

Great video , very easy to watch . Why you choose t4 over t6?

One step I always do when changing engine oil, regardless of what type of equipment its in, is , after 10 minutes of oil draining after its just dripping, is to briefly hit the starter just to rotate the engine a couple revolutions. If it does start shut it off as fast as possible. This doesn't hurt the engine because there is still plenty oil coating moving parts. You will then see an additional one cup to a pint of oil drain out. This is why I drain my own oil. Dealers and quick lube places don't take the time to get all the old oil out. Also, remind your viewers to make sure the oil drain plug still has the washer attached and didn't fall into your drain pan.

I am saving this for reference when I do my 50 hr service on my ck3510SE. Question: do you know how to get the radiator screen out? Seems like it would just slide out but it looks like you have to take some stuff off to get to it.

Great video. I own a HST2610, and love it, am at 37 hrs, will do my own 50 hrs service, as I am 30 miles from my dealer. Just to clarify, you do fill trans/hydrostatic fluid both at the same place in the rear? Just curious as I see they use two filters, but just want to confirm same fill hole. Thanks again.

Doesn't it void the warranty if you service it yourself? The Kioti warranty from their website specifies that, but I would like to get some clarity. My dealer in Marion, TX wants $700 for the 50 hr service. They offered me a couple of free hats when I purchased the ck2610H tractor bundle, nothing else

Fantastic video! Stumbled upon it while doing my research on the Kioti brand. I am in Western PA myself and actually spoke with Sean late last night about the 35 horse unit. I tried Bobcat of Erie first and was disappointed to learn they were going to stop carrying the Kioti brand. Any regrets buying this unit over a New Holland or Kubota? I am less than 30 days away from pulling the trigger. Just want to make sure I'm making the right choice. I plan on keeping it for my lifetime. Any thoughts?

Alright, I got to ask..... I just picked up a ck4010se hst from my local dealer and it is very stiff to select L M H when im stopped. I called my dealer and they said all HST are stiff like that and I need to give the forward/reverse pedal a little bump while pushing it into the range i would like. Is yours the same way? Sounds kinda fishy to me. Only experience I have with hst is on my fatherinlaws 3 series deere. And it slide into range buttery smooth.

I just bought a ck4010 how do you bypass the safety switch on the seat? I don’t want it to turn off every time I get off the tractor, I saw yours was running with nobody on it
