Starting to think Steve has Dr Mike on so often bc he knows it’ll be an easy episode. Mike just instantly launches into one 40 minute rant after another! And I’m definitely here for it.

Well, saying that conditioning from the back is more important than from the front is one thing. But, having less separation and striations from the front than the average 10% BF gym rat, and winning the Olympia is another. Hadi was killing him in all 4 front poses (maybe not the Front Double, ONYL because of structure, and that's a MAYBE), it was close from the side (but Had seemed to be slightly superior), and Derek was winning from the back, but Hadi's back poses were STILL EXCELLENT, while Derek's front poses were pretty bad. Anyway, i am not a fan of 225 pound guys winning the open anyway, but in my eyes it was VERY controversial.
@danielsegura5266
@danielsegura5266 7 ай бұрын
It was close. And from the side poses dereks lower half was much more detailed and dense. So hadi wins all front with the front double a tie, back all goes to derek , and derek takes the sides because of the lower half
