Good review! I would add Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX for comparison as well - they have the same features as 3CX, as well as multi-tenancy and good technical support.

I sell a lot of 3cx. One thing you forgot to mention is you still have to buy a IP Phone service (sip trunk). 3CX does not provide numbers or phone service. You have to go to flowroute or Voxtelesys etc to get a phone number or have your number ported over. Still, it's a lot cheaper than dialpad or ringcentral.

Great comparisson, and amazing information. I'm currently testing the Dialpad system, I was also considering the ring Central system, but now after watching your video, I'm definitely testing 3CX and by the way, I never heard about this company before, until now thanks to your comments and comparison in your video. Big difference is Dialpad is a fully managed service.
