These cards are beautiful, Amy. There is definitely beauty in simplicity. Like you, I make sympathy cards for my stash before I need them. It's too hard to be creative when you're either mourning a loss or hurting for someone else who is. I don't have that particular embossing folder, but I have several that will work with your beautiful design. Thank you so much for the inspiration.

As difficult as it is to make sympathy cards, I try to think about how meaningful the card and my condolences mean to the recipients. They are SO IMPORTANT! It's an expression of care and support in a world that can be harsh.

It is always a good idea to have sympathy cards on hand! It is so hard to make a sympathy card when you have to! Your Sympathy cards are beautiful!

These are very pretty and rather elegant. I love the 3 colors you chose. Such an excellent idea to have sympathy cards on hand. It's just that I never seem to have the "extra time" to make "extra" cards. I'm always scrambling to get the ones done for upcoming events! TFS!

These are so pretty and allot quicker than the way I did the Lily of the Valley. I painted them with a teeny brush and pearlescent paint. You inspired me. I haven't seen your water coloring of these and will check that out. These flowers hold a sentimental place in my and my sister's hearts so love this folder. Thanks for your tips and will try this one.

Missed the live😒. Thanks for info on the Empress and the folders. Fan brush makes all the difference. Less is best on Sympathy cards anyway.

I have them made earlier this weekend. Just in case. I had some old fashioned flowers 3D sheets. Bringin' me back when I started card making, that was with 3D sheets, foam and glue.. Clean & simple. I used distress ink behind it and washi too. Just to make it not to clean..
