This video gives a brief introduction to the application "3D Fix Manager".
3D Fix Manager is an application making it more comfortable to install 3D Vision Fixes. It provides a Graphical User Interface for downloading, installing and uninstalling 3D Vision Fixes. Further more it includes hotkey editing features for changing stereoscopic settings in game without bothering about complex ini file handling.

I've been using this app for a several months. I can't thank you enough. It's a perfect compliment to the excruciating work that all the shader hackers put into making 3D work. Your app is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also huge thanks to any shader hackers reading this!

Thank you! I can't count how many times I have been close to tossing my Nvidia 3D glasses in the bin while looking at my "bricked" 3D monitor with sadness.

I have an Alienware 17 laptop with Geforce 880m 120hz monitor with 3d emitter integrated. I'm on the latest nvidia driver 425.31 - WHQL supporting 3d and of course on the most updated win10 release. My issue is i can't watch 3D movies anymore. The nvidia test goes fine but if i launch a 3D file or iso on powerdvd the screen goes blank. I have power dvd ultra ver. 15 and 19, same thing on both. How can i fix this? Thanks for any help.

im super grateful that you created this program. i was hoping to be able to run KODI and watch video content in red/cyan anaglyph but I'm having trouble with your software to get it working. is it possible to use Kodi and/or mpc-hc with 3D Fix Manager? thanks in advance!

I have a geforce 3D vision compatible monitor, glasses and emitter, boxes are all green on this application and all the right drivers installed, and am on the latest version of windows 10. Games won't even launch.

I have everything installed 425 drivers that the app installed it shows everything in the green except the emitter wont turn on it say not connected even though it is any suggestions?

You need to download the USB driver for the emitter itself.

I am a 3D photographer (stills and video), still using old GTX 970 and driver 418.91. Is there a way of using 3D Fix Manager on an nVidia 2070 card and driver 452.06 to see STILL 3D images using nVidia 3D Vision Viewer app? I don't have any 3D games. Thanks for any help!!!

I love playing games in 3D but sadly only a few natively support it so this program seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. Bit of an issue though, I've installed it and hooked up my pc to my 3D tv but I can only get anaglyph output. How do I tell it to do it properly? (I'm guessing the program has changed since this video? The "Enable alternative 3D format" or any of the "General ini settings" don't seem to be there)

Does this work with AMD graphics cards? I'm using a BenQ 1070+ dlp projector with active glasses and have a R9 290. Haven't gotten into 3D gaming (yet).

Hi Paul, I try to enable Side by side, but it doesn't seem to work. I checked the Enable alternative 3D formats to Side by side and also the Preferred 3D format to Side by side, but the image is not split in half like it should. Please help :)

@@Norobot33 Yes. You need to set the game resolution to 1920 x 1080 x 24 Hz. Or 1280 x 720 x 60 Hz. This is a limitation of 3DTV Play. 24 Hz might be too low to be enjoyable, but luckily my projector supports frame interpolation, which makes choppy 24 Hz look very smooth, as if it was 60 Hz.

If there is a game that is highly recommended to be added to the 3d fix list, how would you find or go about that. The two glaring ones missing seem to be minecraft and roblox, just as an example. I'd be more interested in seeing sports games myself, like an NBA jam, out of curiosity.

"Nvidia 3D Vision Player" doesn't work with 3D Vision any more. Please use Power DVD Ultimate / Ulta instead. Power DVD Pro / Standard version has no 3D support. Power DVD even works with latest Geforce drivers and 3D Vision driver restore via 3D Fix Manager (be sure to use non-DHC drivers).

Sorry: I meant DCH drivers (not DHC). Also for 3D Vision it's best to use Windows 10 1809 or lower. 1903 / 1909 might run with 3D videos but I haven't tested yet.

@@paulpauldusler6394 it works for my win Pro 10 v 21H1and i suggest you to use another alternative option like "pot player" which has 3d vision option in it's 3d video setting😊😊😊

LoL no. This is a fan project. I developed this application because Nvidia won't do this :D. It's published on this 3D community website: helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/05/3d-fix-manager.html . No virus, no malware - just pure 3D Vision fun :)

No. We only have 3D wrappers for fixing Dx9, Dx11 and OpenGL games. Doom is fixed via OpenGL Wrapper.

Hey, thanks for your tutorial. Although 3D Fix Manager is crashing for me as soon as I launch it, just after it's window is opened (on both installed as well as portable version). Please help..

Is an error dialog popping up? When so please send your crash report (error_log.txt located in 3D Fix Manager directory) to duselpau86@gmx.de. If no error dialog is visible then it's not a bug of the application but rather something wrong on your system. Please try to install / reinstall .Net Framework 4.6 in this case / disable AntiVirus software / copy the application to other locations like d:\3d fix manager...

Paul Pauldusler No, any dialog doesn't pop up. That's the problem which makes me clueless of what happened. 3D Fix Manager just opens and closes after 3-4 secs. Also I've all versions of .NET Framework properly installed and I did try after disabling antivirus but that didn't work either. I also tried changing location but the same problem still persists.

@@paulpauldusler6394 Thanks man, I just installed v1.51 and it's working fine, not crashing so far. Although, just wanna point out an error, whenever I close the 3D Fix Manager now, it shows this, "Error: Write permission for 'System' user could not be set for Stereo3D key in windows registry.", maybe it's only on my system but just telling in case you wanna look into it. I don't have any problem though, thanks again for all your work, quite useful :)

Nice. Ok I'll set that the error is only logged and not shown on closing. Changing system user write permission is only important if you use a passive 3DTV where you need the inversed interlacing-feature in 3DFM.
