I joined this incredible teacher's website tutorial and it is amazing. Worth every penny to support the time, effort and sheer excellence. I'm aiming to make this soon to the same scale. If this is a chocolate cake with ganache, how do you store the cake while working on it? Since its such a large cake do you have to keep it in the fridge overnight every day while not working on it? Wont the ganache get soft and pull the fondant down too?

But titanium oxide isn't edible, is it? I paint with acrylics on canvas and the white paint I use is titanium oxide.

R Duran. When used in food (it's often used in candies and chocolate), it's called E171. You can purchase at cake-suppliers. If it's safe or not, well the opinions vary. bakingpleasures.com.au/p19425/titanium-dioxide-food-grade
