3d printer filament joiner made with a soldering station

2 жыл бұрынHere is how I made my filament joiner.
Simply use a soldering station, adapt a piece of aluminium with a 2mm groove on top of it.
Set the soldering station to the right temperature, use a PFTE pipe as a guide, and join the filaments !
If it fails, start again ! But it works most of the time.

Use cap tube held with helping hands and use a 25 dollar 858d hotair rework station. Judging by that ancient hakko, you should be able to afford it

I prefer to use a runout detection sensor... (see next video) and I already have a hotair rework station !
