Dave, What you guys have achieved restores my faith in the future of manufacturing in Australia. I admire your appetite for taking "bet-the-company" risk and trust you will get a solid return on the massive investment. Your stronger and lighter caravans make it feasible for some to avoid the high cost of a big American tow vehicle, while remaining safe.

The Engineer in me is fascinated watching the development of the Expedition and seriously contemplating an order, after a few have been built. With experience touring the Outback in a competitor's pop top and trying to stay cool with an aircon, really looking forward to whoever comes up with an insulated fabric between the van and the roof, it will be a 'game changer' and worth patenting; insulation plus flexibility.

@@ZoneRV Already been in contact with Julie and stopping by Coolum a few days after the Big Red Bash to see an Expedition in the flesh. Thinking hard about flexible materials about 10-15mm thick that can replace the current flimsy curtain used in pop ups.

I do enjoy watching how this is made BUT could some of that time be put into how it’s going to work sleeping a family. Anything and everything iv seen thus far has been based around a couple. Iv seen the cad drawings of the bunk but love an eta on when we can see it in action.

Totally agree, we are working hard in the background to get these design out to the public. We have a family bunk solution coming!

@@ZoneRV that’s great! What would be icing on the cake is a setup similar to my AOR we have a bunk above the dinette and a bunk above the main bed. This leaves the dinette set up all the time, so we can get out of bed in the morning and have coffee and breakfast as a family without having to pack up bedding and set up the dinette table, if this was the case l would be sold 100% and being that you’re possibly lowering the bunk from the ceiling I feel this could be achievable if you wanted to and would be a game changer for families making the space usable 100% of the time. I’d be happy to show you pictures of my current setup. If the twin bunks was a dinette/bed setup I wouldn’t go for it. Just to much pack up/setup on the daily basis.
