Incredible! I'm coming at this as a new printer user and it's very inspiring to imagine where things might go for newbies like me in the future!

Just incredible at what technology keeps coming up with. This TPE TPU is perfect for automotive scale models. I wish we would of had this years ago at school.

SIr, for the last example, may I know what material is used for that? The one with a mix of nylon and metal as I would like create a prosthesis for a cat leg and I believe that it would be the perfect material for the base of it.

Is it heated? I thought delta was fast but the website says most prints take several days what is the speed and how fast to print a benchy with great quality? 25 cm is a little small and you say to turn the part to use the z height but the z axus is the weakest...so that is a concern. Which model is heated and what is that price? Do you have a reseller in the US? Which model can print multiple materials? Thank you, the print quality looks amazing! Why does nobody makr a delta with 30cm diameter? This would be ideal. Heated multi material capable. Enclosed with exhaust port to vent the exhaust air.

Hi Robert, if you need printer with heating try our TRILAB AzteQ Industrial (more on trilab3d.com/3d-printer-azteq/ , if you want price qoute please conatct us here trilab3d.com/contact/ ). Standard speed is 50 mm per second. If you need 300 mm perimeter in X and Y you can also use AzteQ. It is tru, that DeltiQ has "only" 250 mm. Thanks for the delta system you can not be worry about quality of printing in Z direction. It is constant on all height. If you need reseller in US please choose www.prusa3d.com/category/professional-trilab-printers/ . David from TRILAB

Do you recommend the Bowden extruder even for materials softer than 95 shore?
@Trilab3D Жыл бұрын
TRILAB DeltiQ 2 has 2 types of extruders. For printing flexible materials we use the FlexPint (=direct drive). You can see the principle and the deployment of the second extruder in our next video see kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h8-Glc1yv9u5lmw.html

Can the work printed out in these materials used for pneumatic applications? As a replacement for casted out soft material?
@Trilab3D Жыл бұрын
To answer this, we would need to know more. We would be happy to discuss this with you and you can also do a test print. Ideally email us at sales@trilab.cz with more details and we can discuss it together. Thanks.

can you 3d print silicon molds to be used for resin casting?
@Trilab3D Жыл бұрын
I'm sorry, that's not possible on our printer. It is possible to print a mould for example from PLA and cast silicone into it.
