Try rubbing it with a uninflated latex balloon for static. Try 10% air

Hi Mandip! For single balloons we print using vinyl transfer. So you will need to find a vinly cutting machine, source the vinly and practice ways to adhear the vinyl correctly. The other printing method is silk screen balloon printing... you will need much more equipment and its a very technical and messy operation!
