Delta is the lowest frequency state. Binaural beats in the delta 3HZ range have been associated with deep sleep and relaxation.

It is not actually 3Hz frequency and it can't be heard on speakers. You need high quality headphone or 3D surround sound music system in all the corners of your room, left speaker will play 108 Hz sound and right one will play 111 Hz then there will be sound waves in your brain equivalent to 3Hz.
