It is the "Korean Stab Mod". kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fKhmprak2KqVhKc.html Essentially... certain stabs are manufactured with a plastic film inside the stem hole. You can partially cut it and bend that piece of plastic upwards, which decrease the amount of space in the stem hole.
