Man i have a brand new 2kva 12v inverter but when i plug my refrigerator the fan start to run non stop and my tv show vertical lines due to this inverter do u have any idea?

Hi, my inverter stops a few times but only at night and with 75% charged batteries, what could be the reason and how to fix it? Please help 😢 I mean it shuts down the power, no electricity...

Hello I have a fivestar inverter 6kw .I cant get the battery to link with inverter its lithium 5.1kw battery

Hi the fivestar doesnt support CAN communication. You would need an inverter like Lux Power/Sunsynk/Deye - you can always run as per the voltage of the inverter. If you need more assistance please call 010 534 7099 or whatsapp 072 040 3864

Can you set it to solar first when connected to grid

You can set it to Solar first if there is Solar and grid and will pick solar as a first option just pick SOL instead of UTI
