Totally agree! I used to wash my hair every day, sometimes twice in highschool and I could get greasy in less than a day. When I was unemployed a while back (lol read LAZY!) I stopped washing daily, now I can go 4 days no problem without getting greasy. I have naturally straight and shiny fine hair, so if you had told me that years ago, I would have totally called you a liar LOL. ❤️

you are my spirit animal! Thanks for unashamedly rocking the greasy look and dos, nice to not be alone in letting it get that far for the sake of healthier hair. One of my edgier braids for greasy days is a narrow braid down the center of my crown, sort of a faux hawk but more flattened.

LOVED all these looks, great tutorial, really easy to understand and follow. So true about blonde hair and braids. I love the look of braids, but I have really dark brown hair and the pretty details of braids rarely, if ever, show.

This is going to help me so much. Over summer I washed my hair about every 2-3 days depending on how hot it was that day. My hair grew about 3 inches.

I did the same thing in high school! My hair is so much healthier now that I only wash it a couple times a week! Loved the tutorials!
