I think u should take iiser because it will give you a opportunity to research and learn very new things whereas in medical college you have to mug up a lot ...Nd I also noticed one thing when you got iiser there was a wide smile on your face Nd you seemed really happy but after getting hamdard that Dil wali Khushi was missing ( I may be wrong about you but this is what I felt) ....iiser will give u better opportunities so choose accordingly ...good luck !!!
