Like this drill. After the 4v3 is dead with a shot or dropped pass, do you have the last 2 "blue" players who only entered the drill for a very short time, go back and be the first 2 in line for blue to go again? also what number of players do you find this is best for so they're not waiting in line too long?

Why have the drill start with a pass from the coach? Is that to control when things progress? I was thinking of having this start with a 2v2 GB battle below GLE and adding the extra offensive player for the team that wins, but that might be doing too much.

The coach passing the ball in is just to keep it moving. The defensive players have changed up the drill a little bit. The defensive players who enter to create the 4v3 stay to be the next 3v2. That way they get to stay and play rather than go in for an offensive rep and then come out. The GB example would work well as it's own drill and I think it could start this off as well.. We call those +1 GB's. It could definitely be used to start the drill each time.
