I know the original - certainly a beautiful song and well interpreted. But, the version by Diana is in my opinion much better. The touch from the Arabic, Turkish language area also comes to the fore. I love these sounds. AND of course Diana is an extraordinary singer and person. Isn't it astonishing that the two names of the best vocal interpreters at the moment start with Di, namely Diana and Dimash?

So, I think this is Diana Ankudinova, I didn't catch the whole name if you said it. I seem to be having trouble catching this whole video. It has stopped several times and I was not able to get any of the ending. As to Diana, I certainly respect all of those folks who really like her but for me I prefer a higher register. I have only heard a couple of her songs so I am limited in not having heard more of her range. Of course, it is in a language I am not familiar with and that doesn't help either. I did see one competition she participated in but the judges failed to select her. Angelina is the only other female performer I can think of who can sing at this very low register but also go high as well. Thanks.
