This is the Kingsbury Club 4.0+ March Open Tournament.
There are 21 teams in the bracket and are split into 3 groups of 7 teams to play round robin games to 11 points. Top 2 teams from each group will advance to a single elimination playoff bracket with the top 2 overall teams receiving byes.

bro that guy is tossing the ball in the air on his serve. isn't that against the rules?

on a volley serve he can toss up, on a drop serve he cannot. You may also be thinking the PPA Pro rules where you must volley serve and you have to release the ball strictly down
