If a player already has 4 PS+ they would get a 99 face card stat. They would only get an additional PS+ if they have 3 or less.

Havertz is way better than Bacha. Height matters the most with aerial meta. Since new Havertz is coming next week for PTG2, I’d stick with your current Havertz and see how it goes
