Located in Gandhinagar, the Brick Box is a private house with a built-up area of 3,900 sq.ft. with an aesthetically pleasing design.
While the bold rectangular balcony defines the geometry of the exterior, the interior is kept subtle and earthy. The internal spaces are given an interesting indoor-outdoor transition in the form of verandah, courtyards, and balcony.
Principal Architects Ronak Patel and Naiya Patel narrate the design journey of this beautiful house in Gandhinagar.

Hello Mam , I would like to see some house (triplex) plans ideas which can be built in a plot size of 53ftx36ft with a 40ft wide road on west. which should accommodate needs of joint family containing 3 generation of people. I am not asking you to plan something for my plot in specific , if some plan which can fit in the plot size will be good enough for a beginner like me to understand. Could be the regular cement + sand plaster with extra cement for finishing..or other materials available today such as micro concrete or texture paint.

The house is very small......and moreover the design and architecture is very very basic and does not have anything which makes it plush or exclusive.
