Milky Puff vegetable oil or sunflower oil is most commonly used in baking cakes and desserts bc olive oil with have a very strong and overpowering flavour

@@VJBubble There's also alternatives such as rapeseed oil, almond oil, walnut oil...although vegetable and sunflower are the most frequent, I've swapped out for others successfully in the past. With the ding ding cake being chocolate, if there's no concerns re nuts, I'd suggest using a nut-based oil. It won't change the flavour from ding dong, but it could enhance it (based on my limited experience with swappage)

I noticed you never scrape the bowl clean. There’s a lot of waste and it’s driving me crazy! Just take your time to scrap the bowl clean. It’s not that hard!
