Even I do agree to what you said... As one year beforei had seen a kettle decoupage and checked the tissues on Amazon and I felt I can't afford these costly materials so never ever planned to buy decoupage materials.. But I saw Kanchan Mam's video and came to knew about itsybitsy and purchased materias from itsybitsy... They always have discounts.... Do check..

Beautiful all the art Always your fan Just wanted to check if we use mod podge on black marker it will spread and we can not even use varnish?? Is it so? Then what option left to write anything on artwork? Black acrylic with zero number brush?
