Very informative. I catch more fish on a wack rig than any other bait I fish but really starting to gain confidence in the ned rig. I’m really only a power fisherman in late winter/ early spring. Other than that I finesse most of the time.

Great video! I am not to much of a finesse fisherman but this year that's what I had to resort to 80% of the time.. my spinning set up is on the cheaper side with 30 size flueger president and 7ft medium Shakespeare excursion graphite rod(which is actually pretty good) took a bit to get myself to keep it slow but I did it and it has made me a better angler,so I guess a little bit of good has come out of all this madness lol

I know people say bass fishing in summer is tougher but that has not been my experience. Idk if it’s my area in WNC or what but I haven’t experienced that issue. We do have lots of shade and tree cover around our waters so that might be working to my advantage in the summer.

Right with you on the wacky rig. Used to hate it, it's been killer this year. The color that has been nailing them for me everywhere is green pumpkin/blue, like moon juice in the SK baits or "bream" in Yum baits.

I love these choices . I really love into wackyrigging this summer. I broke out the bull worms ,ol monsters ,and bottom hoppers the other day. I have focused out deeper dragging them around . Definitely going to give pitching it around shallow for sure . I also 100% agree with all the pressure this year finess has been the way and sometimes the only way to catch them this year for me .Hope all is well bro.

Frog not because it catches the most fish but because it is so freaking fun. Tight Lines and God Bless.
