Very nice little home. I would likely make two changes, but all the luxury features are there to start, so great. One, i'd double the length of the pool to make it a true lap pool for year round exercise. I realize that will decrease the amount of patio space but I'd do whatever I could about that, it's still worth it for the lap length pool. I wish builders would take lap length into consideration for pools more often, length and flat ends for easy turns, no interest in all these small peanut shaped pools, creative, beautiful, but lacking the functionality I want. And two, I strategically locate some plush trees or tall bushes out at the water end of the backyard to add as much privacy to the pool area as possible from the views of those across the water. Oh, and an outdoor hot tub could be added for enjoying the stars at night.

Overpriced.! South Florida has gotten like NY and jobs do NOT pay as well. Even in healthcare South Florida’s pay is on the low side. But homes are at price, smh. It’s a beautiful home BUT thats a no for me.

@ Dr. Good helmet: I am educated. And I’ve lived in South Florida for years. In comparison to other states some fields pay less in Florida considering the cost of living. So, I stand by what I’m saying. If you’re a “Dr” as your name states then of course it does not apply to you. But a lot of other professions are in the lower pay scale.

@@newyorkapple6192 applying to me has nothing to do what I’m saying. You don’t understand that big cities like palm beach pays well. At least I know what I’m saying as a real dr and a educated man. Yea some fields pay less but if you move into a big city like miami you have a better chance of getting paid a lot of money. I lived in south Florida for years as well. As long as you manage your money right you can afford a $800,000 house if you make over $150,000 yr. It’s possible.

@ Dr Good helmet: Ok, and $ 150,000 annually applies to a Physician, perhaps a seasoned high rank attorney, Judge. O/W educated ppl / professions like nursing, fields in radiology , Physical Therapist etc.. I guess you are missing my point. I’m speaking from experience regarding the pay scale. I make a lot more in Atlanta then I did in South Florida.

Most Atlanta jobs don’t pay more than in South Florida because I experienced it and read about it on the internet. If you’re black this doesn’t apply to you.

Even $100,000 a year will not qualify you for this house. If you are looking for affordable housing you have to lower your standards and look someplace else. This is a high end community. Like everything in life you get what you can afford. But dreaming is not that expensive. Good luck!
