Great Video as always. Thank you, David Rogers, for helping me find my home in just one day! I had to leave my Townhome within 20 days. I Watched videos like this and called David. I mentioned to him what I was looking for. He called around and got back to me telling me to meet him. In that one place I found a House that met my criteria and that I could close within 2 weeks. Yes that would be ideal but the city didn’t do this 30 plus years ago before this area was built up. Now that there are not that many vacant lots to build on it would make more sense but also very expensive to convert to underground at this point etc. Thanks for commenting on the video 😁

Thanks for commenting. One of the downsides to buying a home located in what we called scattered lots where there is no HOA this is what buyers need to pay attention too. As for carpet yes I agree, sadly most builders install carpet in the bedrooms , even the high end builders unless the buyers want to pay extra to have tile or wood etc throughout .

Every home in every CITY is over priced right now. This builder offers an overall good value on their homes compared to many other builders out there . But I appreciate your input and comment
