One thing i see in a lot of these .is washers outside and no dryer. Pretty sure the water pipes would freeze here. But i also see lots of palm trees. Beautiful

The designs are gorgeous. Congratulation! It is pleasant to watch your videos and imaging living there. And you have beautiful esthetics to develop the interiors and the exterior areas. And also the music brings great harmony to the design of a home. I reviewed a few of your videos, and I only would like to add a few things: 1. I don’t see utility areas designed into the homes. For example, for furnaces, boilers, water tanks, bike storage, etc. Unless it is built as an on-the-grid house, including hot water, but it does not appear so. Many appear to be off-the-grid houses. 2. And, the laundry area cannot be outside in Europe, or the USA, or Canada. So, the laundry area should also be in-house, or in a protected area joining the main building. 3. Bathtub. In your culture probably the bathroom is mainly equipped with a shower. However, in western cultures the bathtub, at least one in a house, is like having a washer/dryer, or oven. It is an essential place in a home to have a relaxing bath experience. Unless it is a small studio or home for students or young people. 4. I am sure many potential home buyers would be enthralled to take your designs, and even would give you a budget, and time frame to build and furnish it, as so designed, in America or Canada. You may wish to create contacts and relationships with developers, suppliers, realtors, and perhaps to open business operations. I am convinced a lot of buyers would be interested in a turnkey home building. 5. And of course, here your actual construction experience comes to light, and also the pricing. Your prices are inherently reflecting the economy of the Philippines. Using a simple exchange rate will not give a realistic price in other places of the world. Consider workmanship, material, labor costs, suppliers, and local regulations. However, there can be a market for turnkey home building. Good luck!
