Which one is more secure (not hackable), Google Authenticator, Authy, LastPass, or Microsoft Authenticator? Why do people say not to use Google Authentication for 2FA? Can anyone tell me what secured multi-factor authentication with biometric option I can use instead?

In terms of security, all of them are strong. You shouldn't worry about that. However, Google Authenticator does not have any passcode functionality, which makes it vulnerable. I think you should go with Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.

guys dont use authy anymore, their suppport is trash and they dont even give you a backup password so if you forget it then thats over gg

Other apps are just as great as Authy. Authy has no access to your password, so they can't give it to you. You must save your password somewhere to use it when needed.
