Well, she had this fascinating theory about marbles, something like the owner or developer is on a desperate quest to collect marbles. I mean, I almost considered enrolling in a marble archaeology course to comprehend the depth of her humor. She really outdid herself with that brain-teaser! And her signature move, the "Check-id-oud," was an absolute highlight. Who needs to look at stuff when you can just "Check-id-oud", right? Plus, her revelation that walls and wallpapers have their secret teleportation abilities - they're always "GOING" somewhere, although, strangely, they just stayed in place throughout the entire video. Oh, and let's not forget the groundbreaking real estate jargon lesson: "Wrap-d-around balcony" (that majestic 'd' sound aspirated so well in the word 'Wrapped'). And her proclamation, "I love that the lighting that they have going" - I'm sure she meant something profound by it, but it was so deep that it remained a well-guarded secret, known only to her! If I had one takeaway for the videographer and anchor, it would be consistency. You know, like when they called it a "wardrobe" in one bedroom and then the same space magically transformed into "cabinets" - because, clearly, consistency is overrated! But honestly, this video wasn't really about the apartment; it was more like a fabulous anchor fashion parade with a dash of hair and shoe commentary. The editing team seemed to have a thing for incomplete shots of the property but made sure we got a comprehensive view of the anchor's attire. I even contemplated opening a star-printed jeans fan club! Here's to hoping we "SEE" instead of just "Check-id-oud" the actual property next time. 👎👎😡

No it is not worth it. You can get a great apartment at half the price in Toronto or some other major city. That 20 crorers is very expensive and then you have to pay taxes on it. It is better to buy a place somewhere else.

The Kitchen and the exterior side of the apartment is good. The interiors looks like a saree set cut into pieces and put on the wall. Just because you have got marbles as an option you don’t put it on every wall inside. I think the designers must be fashion turned interior designer.

IMO, the wooden finish of all the cabinets and doors should be completely replaced with a smooth white finish, and the lights should be completely changed from yellow to soft and sharp white. That will make this apartment more likeable. Except the staff quarters - that is too small to be called quarters for anyone.

The sea is not visible clearly. It shows just absolutely bright white. The cameraman should have put a shade on lense while shooting the sea part.
