Congrats on your PB Freddie. It's not often to be able to do it 3 days in a row. Fish like those are pretty rare in my area. My biggest is 38" and 17lb, but the average pike is 28"-32" . Keep up the great videos and Merry Christmas.

Hej guys , I watch your videos now and then and find them really enjoyable and also how you fish and respect nature I find quit nice. But in this video you leave the pike in the landing net for up to 5-10 min and it doesn’t sound like this guy does it for the first time... It is really disrespectful to leave a fish in a landing net just to “maybe” catch another one. You even damage the skin of the fish leaving it in the net. So release the fish straight and don’t let it suffer ... maybe try to land them with your hands , it’s anyway the best way !! anyway I still like your videos , you do a great work ! Greetings

this is nonsense! pike come to no harm when kept in a landing net for a short period, they just lie quietly, perhaps they 'think' they are hiding in a weedbed. I actually think it is better to let the fish rest in the landing net before releasing it so it is fully recovered, and certainly if you want to take photos of a big mama keep it safely in the net while you get everything ready.

@@julianthomas6899 I disagree with that. Do you really think after a long fight for the fish he thinks ohh yeah iam just chilling in a weedbed now. No the fish is totally exhausted and is afraid to die now. How we know from the past 10 years of science fish are quiet vigilant and they feel pain nearly as we do. On top of that is coming that their afraid and fearfull. So for me fishing is just a way to get yourself food from nature and not playing around with fishes just to make a nice picture... So always realse the fish you have straight away if you dont want to eat it, cause of size or other facts. Just fish for middle size fish. Never for the biggest or smallest to make it possible that your and my children can experience the same world as we do !

Great video, i see revo toro beast, what do you recommand: 51 or 61 model for a giant pigs and slow or fast gear ratio? Congrat for a big pikes.

Hi, It really depends on how big hands you have. If you have big hands - go for 61 the model. If you have normal or smaller go for the 51. The gear ratio depends on the type of fish and how cold it is in the water. But I would say go for 6:2.1, it's the standard speed and you can both speed up and slow down the speed on your lure by yourself. Kind regards, Tobias Ekvall

José Peres everybody cuts their hands, most of the time when the pike starts headshaking while you’re unhooking it. Once a hook got stuck to my bone because of that:(

If u can find places where is sudden drops like from 3-4 to 7-10 meter drops, try jigging around those places, sorry bad english.

Grym video som vanligt! Bara att nöta på är faktiskt ett jättebra tips! Drog själv min näst största fisk förra helgen efter att jag varit utan hugg närmare 5 timmar! Så fruktansvärt skön känsla när de hugger då😍 (Gäddan vägde 10,1 KG)

Tips nummer 1: fiska med någon annan som är bra. Tips nummer 2: låt fisken ligga uppochner i håven och dö. Tips nummer 3: nöta där andra får fisk. Tips nummer 4: fiska där fisken finns. 4 perfekta tips för att lyckas i ett stort vatten.
