OMG, I make Ice coffee at home daily and I never get it right. I often don't even drink it. Using your method, wow! It actually taste good. I usually load it with too much creamer. Your way I have the perfect balance of sweet and can still taste the coffee. My ratios were so off. Thank you Thank you!!!!

I have used both meiji and dutch mill fresh milk. Omg dutch milk is full of cream. Its the best for the cold drinks.

Hello, it is not the same. Espresso are much stronger. Different brewing method uses different recipes. Please browse my channel for cold brew. Even 1:5 won't cut it :-)

Hi Miss Chao I am so confused by the recipe of this caramel macchiato, some videos they add vanilla flavored syrup on the milk, while some add caramel flavored syrup on the milk. I wonder which one really is the real deal?

The real deal is what tastes better for you. I use caramel syrup and sauce or only caramel sauce. I don't follow the norm. More what tastes better for me and my own creations. Personally if I would like to use vaniila, then I would make a vanilla latte. Not caramel macchiato with vanilla. 🙂

I think it’s just based on their own preferences. You can either use whole milk or milk syrup both can go either way and it still taste good.
