No you are wrong , they were not born free , they and their parents their grandparents all were born in an aviary , they If released into the wild , 80% of them would die because they have never learned the survival tricks the scrounging for food , they would if they had been actually born free , there is a big misunderstanding on the part of well meaning good hearted people that want to set domestically bred birds in aviculture , NO most of them will not survive , yes it’s cruel to capture a free flying bird Born free and put it in an aviary but these birds have been bred in aviaries for decades and live a longer healthier life devoid of dangers in the wild , so they are two different worlds born free and born in aviary
