In today's video I share some of my favorite triple crossover moves.
ballerbootcamp.com/sww -- FREE WORKOUT
Now don't get me wrong. I'm not a HUGE fan of the dribble and I don't want you guys going out there and trying these in real games. That's the fastest way to get your but firmly planted on the bench. My hope is that you enjoy practicing these triple crossover moves so that you improve your overall handle.
You can't just slap together any old crossover moves and expect them to work together in a triple crossover. The ones in this video all fit together with good rhythm and compliment each other to create a shifty move.
If you liked the video please let me know in the comments and by hitting that like button. Other then that, I hope you have a great day and I'll catch you very soon!
#WeDedicated,
Augie Johnston
P.S. If you haven't gotten my free workout yet you def should! Here's the link:

I was going through my subscriptions and mass unsubbing. I'm cleaning out my playlists and whatnot so I can get the creme de la creme of content. HOLY you exceeded every expectation I had! The first move is just gold, and I see it used a lot in the NBA. Thank you so much for this content! Definitely keeping my sub :D

coach, I have a problem with my jump shot, I am right handed and when I shoot the ball my wrist tends to spin a little bit to the left as I shoot but after the release my wrist goes back to the normal position that it is supposed to be in and for an odd reason I use my pinky and my ring fingers in my shot as they make the ball spin a little bit sideways, and all of this stuff that I do in my shooting I do them unconsciously in fact I never knew about it before but the only weird thing that I found was the fact that the ball was spinning sideways until a week ago as a I was playing against a college player and he told me that I tend to spin the ball sideways while I shoot. I am a part of my high school team and my jump shot right now is my only weakness as I only tend to score from the paint by finishing or shooting from inside the paint, I've tried shooting drills for 2 weeks now despite the fact that something is wrong with my jump shot but no improvement and I think that the sideways ball spin that I have while shooting is the reason as most of the times when I shoot and it's not a swish the ball tends to move and rotate around the rim and then falls off and I know that if the ball wasn't spinning sideways, the ball would just hit the rim and go in, I once went to the gym and tried to fix the rotation on the ball as I was shooting from extremely close range without my guide hand but it didn't work, it's also worth mentioning that when I do an overhand layup or floaters the ball spin is normal. coach can you please give me a workout that would fix the ball spin on my shot, thank you.

YamanTV Man, first of all you can't shoot good with the pinkie or the ringer finger. Tha ball has to be released from the middle finger or the index finger.(It mean that this finger goes down the most at the shot). Second of all you have to control your wrist. It can't go sideaways at any point. Your whole arm and wrist have to create a line with the basket. Third of all you have to be tilted a little bit when you shoot. It will realease a lot of tention from your shot which will lead to more buckets. Fourthly, you have to dip(bring the ball down before it goes up). Lastly you can sweep and sway.(it means that your legs go a little bit front, and your body stays the same). Oh and you can check out Pro Shot Shooting System or ShotMechanic, the talk about it a lot. And you have to practice with correct form, otherwise it won't help you. Thank you, I'm out. Michael.

Im totally aware my abilities in the game i've always been a leader in my high school and a starter in aau. i've always had great athleticism i was able to dunk off two feet going straght up when I was 15, I have above average handles. I am an excellent passer with great court vision. great defense and can score at woll. I through in Isreal as an example I'm more focus on south american leagues bc i can speak the language and i feel i have an actual shot of making those teams such as mexico or puerto rico. You play over seas? maybe we can get in contact or workout sometime :)
