For those curious, the reason for heating the flour is salmonella, eggs are not the only risk factor for salmonella, you are just as likely to get it from raw flour.

Wow I made the dole whip with peaches and mangoes bc I didn’t have pine apple and used honey for sugar and it turned out perfect thanks fbe for the hack (with some alternatives made for the lack of resources at the moment)
